Winter Wonderland Christmas Fair
As you know, our Winter Wonderland Christmas Fair is taking place on Saturday 15th December. A flyer was sent home with the children last week providing details about all of the wonderful stalls and entertainment we have planned, along with ways in which you can help! There are a number of Mufti Days coming up when donations for the Fair can be brought into school, so do familiarise yourself with these dates.
Please click here to view the flyer.
Book Fair
Thank you to everyone who visited the book fair just before half term, sales across both sites came to an amazing total of £779!! This will have earnt the school a fantastic amount of commission which will be used towards purchasing new books for our school!
Parent Governor Election – Ballot Result
We would like to inform you that the result of the ballot is that Mr Tim Hurstwyn has been elected as Parent Governor.
We look forward to welcoming Mr Hurstwyn onto the Governing Body shortly. We would like to take this opportunity to thank both Mr Hurstwyn and Mr Sayers for putting themselves forward for such an important position within our school community.
School Dinners
As there has been some disappointment expressed with this term’s menu, Surrey Commercial Services have offered to prepare a more bespoke menu for our school. This will take into account the opinions expressed through the school council regarding menu choices. More details to follow.
Breakfast/ After School Club
Thank you to everyone who is now booking club sessions through ‘School Money’. If your child is registered for either breakfast or after school clubs and you want to book sessions then please remember to book these through the ‘School Money’ system.
If you pay by voucher then the system will recognise this and allow you to book the sessions you require. Voucher payments will be loaded onto your account when they have been received into the school bank account. Please book with confidence.
Breakfast and after school club sessions can only be booked for registered pupils. New bookings have to be applied for through the school office in the usual way.
Thank you!
As a result of today's mufti day, we raised a fantastic total of £258 for Children in Need! A huge thank you to everyone who contributed!
Head Lice
This is a recurring problem among school children. It is important to check your child’s hair regularly for head lice and treat appropriately.
